It was a difficult thing to chose mind you, but I did, I chose Ronnie's wisdom. I just think he's so wise, and smart. I love to hear what he has to say. I really love when people tell me things, like really inspirational things.
I think his wisdom should also be considered his lyrics. He comes through with lots of thoughtful sayings in his songs.

well...i didn't vote because it's hard for me too but i totally agree with the wisdom and the lyrics.and looks and style and voice AND EVERYTHING... |

Yoda looks physically frail but he can lift giant pieces of metal with his mind then on the other hand Ronnie did get into a fight with a gnome who took out a piece of his thumb. One badass gnome.

well strength isn't in size...and Dio siad that the gnome is still there(i don't know maybe in the garden)didn't Dio do anything to him for revenge?
i should have added on the list Dio's humor because when i read the interview Dio made alot of jokes in it and i did hear him say funny stuff on other interviews on youtube. |

I voted for "His Style" because I think that description best fits the whole package. And that's what Dio is - a whole package. How could anyone vote for his voice alone? If Dio was singing opera, would he still have the same appeal to you then?
Dio is a songwriter and a stylist with enormous presence, as well as being merely a great voice. He's one of the most significant figures to have ever graced the heavy metal genre. I believe we are all here for a purpose, and Dio's purpose is to rock! |

For me it's a mixture of all these things. But of course his voice and his lyrics make him the true king of metal.

Dio's voice is undoubtedly his main outstanding and most important quality, and also his strong character of course. Without these 2 things he couldn't have become famous, and then we wouldn't know about the rest of his advantages: his wisdom, his look and so on.  |
