Did Graig play on any of the Holy Diver Tour from 2005?
if so - are there any recordings available?? It would be interesting to hear the difference from the official release with Doug |

Doug Aldrich did two shows cos Craig hurt his arm.

Doug did the whole UK stretch - I think Craig was playing in Russia that year, but I'm not sure if that was actually the Holy Diver Live tour or not.

Doug replaced Craig for the Holy Diver live tour from the gig in Eindhoven, Holland till the end of the tour... Craig did the first gigs of the Holy Diver live tour (Russia).
I went to England that tour for 4 shows and they were AMAZING. Met the whole band, so much memories... Doug was cool, he practised just 1 time before his first gig that tour. He did a great job and it was great to meet him. At the time it was a pitty for me Craig wasn't in the band because I like him. But he made that up when I met him last year here in Holland at Arrow Rock festival. We drank beer together

I saw Dio on the Holy Diver Live Tour with Doug i was very happy as i like Doug way more than Craig.

Not at all. There was 5 gigs between Russia and Holland. three in Ukraine, one in Belarus and one in Poland.

The 10/3/2005 show at Stodola, Warsaw (Poland) was the last one Graig did at 2005 tour. I was lucky enough to be there  |

Great setlist (slow, studio version of MOTSM), excellent Ronnie's performance, Graig's too (one day before, at Minsk there was no guitar solo). And the audience was so fu***** loud! Most of them was singing with Ronnie. When I was watching videos from North America gigs I thought people came just 'cause there was nothing good in tv... |
