Black Sabbath setlist questions

Got 2 questions that have been bugging me for a bit now....they may have been answered already but I can't find them if they have

The Mob Rules tour was opened up with "Neon Knights" and the Dehumanizer tour was opened with "The Mob Rules", and it appears that "After All" opens now for Heaven and Hell.....

But which song was the opener for the 1980 "Heaven and Hell" tour?


The other question is.....In 1992 during the Dehumanizer tour, I know songs were played from the Ozzy and Dio catalogue. But were there any songs from the Martin/Hughes/Gillian catalogue?

Lady Evil was played supposedly only once in the early part of the tour, on the third London show (there were four shows in row in London). In the end of the tour it was played again in London, but it might be so that it was played also at other shows in January and February, 1981. It was also played at least once on the Japan tour - Tokyo on November 11th, 1980.

Children Of The Grave was played as the second encore only at some of the concerts, if the audience yelled loud enough.

In 1992 no songs from the Martin/Hughes/Gillan era were played. The set focused almost entirely on Dio-era material with a few Ozzy tunes thrown in for good measure (Black Sabbath, War Pigs, Paranoid, Iron Man). In fact apart from its respective tour I don't think any tracks from Born Again have been played live.
