Dio "The Collection" (2003) tracklist question

I'm curious about this import (non-US) Dio compilation cd:

Specifically, I'm wondering if anyone has this or knows when the live tracks were recorded. If they are from Inferno and Intermission, I wouldn't be interested, as I have those. But if they are from other shows, then I might want to grab this. Anyone know?

I have it and there's definitely no tracks from Inferno but I'm not sure if KORAR and Sacred Heart are from Intermission. If they are they certainly appear in newer (and generally better) remastered forms.

I obviously have it and I can tell you for sure that the live tracks aren't from Inferno and I think they aren't from Intermission and Sacred Heart the DVD... Tomorrow I'll let you know better, I'll listen to the different versions and I'll post something!

King Of Rock N' Roll isn't listed as a live track, so I'm assuming its the studio version from SH with the piped in crowd noise.

I've got some 12" vinyl Dio singles, and I think one of them had live recordings of Stand Up And Shout and Straight Through The Heart. These might be the same recordings. If any of you who have this could look at the cd liner notes and see if it says when the live recordings are from, I'd appreciate it. I might get this, but I don't want to get it just for live recordings I already have on cd.

Okay, allmusic.com has 30 second clips of the tracks, and after listening to them, I'm pretty sure Sacred Heart is from Intermission. But the other three live tracks (Stand Up And Shout, Straight Through The Heart, Last In Line) I don't think appear on any official cd's elsewhere. It sounds like early to mid 80's Ronnie. I have The Collection CD. As far as I know there are four tracks on it that are only available on CD on it. They are:
