I think you should search for "Denim and Leather", my favourite!
Magic!

I'd suggest "The Best Of............", it'll give a broad view of their music, also one of their live cds, for obvious reasons.

Hail, friends!
So nice to read about Saxon here!
But i wonder why there's no comments on the last album - LIONHEART ? Shure that's kind of masterpiece! My faves songs are Beyond the Grave and Lionheart, so the whole album rocks with power!!
Can't wait for my second Saxon gig, this time in St. Petersburg in may... gonna be hymn of english heavy! _________________ From Moscow with Heavy Rock ! |

The broadest point of view is that Saxon golden time was in 80's. But i can't accept it! Listen to the sound, epic melodies they roar now and to magnificent, mature vocals of Biff ! He rated himself his modern vocal technic stronger than it was 15 yaers ago. _________________ From Moscow with Heavy Rock ! |

and when you see them in live,as I had the chance to do...you just want to cry. They're really generous with the public. _________________ FIRST FRENCH FAN OF
