I'd have to go back and look to be sure, but when I first joined I read some of your posts and you wrote some stuff about Ritchie Blackmore that made me think you were older. I am just impressed with you and all the other young-ens who appreciate the quality of this music and have the depth to listen past the surface...does that make sense? |
It does... but I believe it's not about age.
@ Rainbow Lightning... You're not just the odd 17 y/o, you're talented man! So your talent somehow resonates with that of your favorite musicians no matter how old you are. It's a blessing, do something about it. Looks like you've already done something, that's cool... Keep it up! Your travel times will come.
Me myself and I, I've seen RJD on stage 6 times and it's going to be 7 times in 5 days... can't wait!

and to be honest not sure which tours they were but one was at Toads in New Haven, CT... Motorhead opened
and one was when he and Mororhead opened for Maiden at MSG in Manhattan...
so at least 5 or 6 times now..
he is a great show...
can't wait for the Radio City show in March. |

| Sadly, I've never seen Dio live. I had tickets for an Ottawa show during the Lock Up The Wolves tour but it was cancelled. Fortunately, I'll be seeing H&H twice. Opening night in Vancouver and then Calgary. |

 None yet, I'm sorry to say but I hope to remedy this situation this summer.
I have always been a fan of his but whenever he was in the area, it just didn't work out to where I could attend the show. He's got one of the greatest voices around and I hear he's a pretty nice fella, too.

| Being born in 80 I've had limited opportunities.. saw him for the 1st time on the Inferno tour, (got a pic with him after show) and have been to every subsequent tour after that one, Killing the dragon tour twice so I believe that brings the total to 5 shows and New York is next. |

environment I didn't like
stunk like weed and some drunk guy kept falling on me 
and some idiots mosh pitting lost me 5 dollars 
though a girl fell on me, so it wasn't all bad
well and the show...was great  |
