I think that Criss Holmes is one of the best metal-guitarists...

A video interview with W.A.S.P. guitarist Doug Blair, conducted on Friday, September 22 in Oulu, Finland, has been posted online at groups.myspace.com/WASPGROUP. A number of photos from W.A.S.P.'s gig at the Teatria Club in Oulu have been posted online at www.mesta.net. Support at the show came from TAROT, featuring NIGHTWISH bassist Marco Hietala.
W.A.S.P. has just signed a deal with Steamhammer/SPV for the release of its new album, "Dominator". The CD is scheduled to arrive on November 10 in Germany, November 13 in the rest of Europe and November 21 in the U.S.

W.A.S.P.: 'Dominator' Pushed Back To January - Sep. 28, 2006
In an interview with Sweden's Close-Up magazine (web site) conducted yesterday (Wednesday, September 27), W.A.S.P. mainman Blackie Lawless revealed that the band's new album, "Dominator", has had its projected release date pushed back to January 2007 from the previously announced November 13 (Europe) / November 21 (U.S.).
As previously reported, a video interview with W.A.S.P. guitarist Doug Blair, conducted on Friday, September 22 in Oulu, Finland, has been posted online at groups.myspace.com/WASPGROUP. I don't own any W.A.S.P. cd...apart from a picture disc of Animal!
with the pig on the disc!
Now guys....what should I Get....
What is the best cd....out there...
Gimme something to start off with....
Lets see if...I can dig this band. |

Just remember, Holy, some of the lyics in the early albums leave something to be desired. Check out 'The Crimson Idol' if you really want to find out what Blackie is all about. Trust me on this one. _________________ Sit on it, Potsie. |

...Alot of talk from Blackie of Western Imperialism...sounds like he may be dis-enchanted with the state of affairs here...probably beginning with the music market & industry...(cant say I blame him)...but as much as I love the Guy...when it comes to politics...he'd better remember where he comes from...as in, Love it or Leave it!...the comment he made of America was interesting...because the only countrys that need to worry about becoming a "Bitch"...are the ones that double cross us!...  |
