Sorry but a poll about Ronnie's age is crazy.....
Will we have a poll about his waist size next...or how big his feet are...the only thing that matters is the music.

Speaking of Ronnie's age (not that it really matters) I have to share a little "Dio Moment" I had with my niece recently. She just turned 5.

We were watching TV...Hannah Montanna....ugh....anyway, I flipped over to VH-1 Classic during a commercial to see what was on. Sometimes I can get my niece to watch 5 or 10 minutes of a concert (she kind of likes Led Zeppelin....her parnets would kill me!). The autism spot was on and I said "Oooo! There's a guy in this commercial I really really really like!" Dio comes up, I point him out to her. She says "He looks like he's 99 years old!" Everything with her is 99. 99 blades of grass, 99 pipers piping, 99 seashells. I say "Whatever! I think he's cute!" She rolls her eyes and says "I guess..."

Of course, she's 5. Anybody over 10 might as well be 100.

He was born July 10, 1942 in Portsmouth, New Jersey under his true name Ronald James Padovana. The year being 2008, we can expect him to be 66.

I also believe in the info from Wikipedia... 1942 well he is older than Paul McCartney, Elton John, Alice Cooper, Ozzy Osbourne and many more.

It's cool that his age is a "myth", I think that helps advertising and creating interest.

Cool
