To commemorate the milestone of reaching 100,000 views on the Ronnie James Dio Forum, We are happy to announce that 2012 is the year the Nevermet Album - Virtual Insanity will be Released! Tentatively the release date is May 16th! Since the project was started on the RJD Forum & was allowed to develop and continue through the forum, We think releasing our album on the anniversary of Ronnie's Death is a wonderful way of saying thank you! It was the common bond between the members of Nevermet as DIO fans that made this all possible. Ronnie dared us all to dream, and we are happy that the dream is finally becoming a reality.

That's is not all! as a tribute to the man himself Nevermet has been working on a song in tribute to Ronnie. We have been recording "I Could Have Been A Dreamer" This song says so much about our band, and our love for the music that Ronnie made. I am getting all the licensing in order, so it can be put on the album. We are very excited about this song!

I have also been talking a little about how we may be able to do a live show in the near future, obviously there are some hurdles to get over, but it is definitely on our radar to get this done at some point.

I am very proud of my band mates and the work we have accomplished, I am also very grateful to all the citizens of the Nevermet Nation! Without you and your support none of this would be worth it.

I'll be working on the cover today after work, been sick lately which kinda zapped my drive to even live hahaha but feeling much better now. One thing i'd like to say about the cover is that i want everyone to know we mean no disrespect to Ronnie and rest of the band by doing the cover, we'll do our best and have fun with it but in my mind we do it as our own way of saying good bye to the man we all look up to so much. And the whole thing we have going with Nevermet was started here while digging the same things as all of you so in a way it is very fitting... any way that's it.

We have been working very hard at getting the album together, but because we are an Independent Band, and do not have armies of people doing things for us, it has become appearant that we will not be finished in time to release the album 5/16. So we are moving it back to the next most important date to a DIO fan. Ronnie's Birthday 7/10/2012. The extra time will not only ensure the album is put together the right way, but will also give us time to throw in a few extras to make up for the wait! We appreciate everyone's support, and rest assured that time will fly by and before you know it Virtual Insanity will be available!
