Nothing to talk about??
I can think of a million things that I love discussing with my friends that could also be talked about here.
There are SO many stories that Ronnie told me about his life--funny as hell many of them--that I bet the same is true for the others of you who met and spoke with him as well.
Also memories of tours and shows that maybe some were too young to attend personally. I for one love hearing about the Rainbow shows, and even the occassional Elf show that others have had the fortune to attend.
Things like that.....

Well how about sharing some of these stories with us - I for one would love to hear stories aout Ronnie, good or bad. I would actually like to hear if he ever did anything mean or nasty - surely he did have a bad side and could be a real pain in the backside when he felt like it.  |

Well, there are stories about how, younger, He was involved in a gang and street fights and that kind of things. That's not "mean" as such, but it was funny to read the whole story.

I really hope he got those stories down for the book before he passed. The one about Johnny Dio coming in the club and asking for him as they packed up and hauled ass out the back is FANTASTIC~!

I don't have a link, it's from a magazine.. December 1996 issue of the Dutch Penthouse.. And yes, I have a translation, but it's not online.. (I'll see if I can PM you the file.)

No not true. Word on the street is that what happen was more than most forum members became proponents of the Occupy- what ever movement to show that the richest earn more than the so called 99%. They view the richest as the "evil People" because believe wealth is limited and we all need big govt intervention and or partisian of a smaller and limited state. They have left the forum because they believe if your neighbour owns a BMW, it explains why they have to use the public transit. On the contrary, we are 600 times more wealthy today than ancestors 200 years ago because millions of people create, produce and exchange goods. We want more rich people because they they keep only a fractionthey create while providing jobs products and service.I guess a News head line such as; "Top CEOs pay 478 times more taxes than the average," would not be a sensationalist headline. |
