Alot of people are saying they can't believe its been a year already, I can't believe it hasn't been more. Still unbelievable that we'll not see him on stage again.

I don't think a day has gone by that I haven't thought about Ronnie. It is strange seeing 5/16 roll around again, because it feels like it has been so much longer.

Listening to Rainbow in the Dark, I remember how even when Dio was alive his music seemed too amazing to be true; it seemed like a relic of a bygone age, something that never really existed, just came into stories as they were told and retold. And yet, it was real. The recordings and videos, memories and fans whose lives have been changed by his music all attest to that.

Not only was he real, it was just twelve months ago that he walked the same earth as us.

Ronnie, if you can read this, thank you for being you as long as you did. It was more than anyone could have asked for, more than anyone could have imagined. I love you. Goodbye.

To Wendy and all of the Dio family, my heart goes out to you. Thank you for sharing Ronnie with us. I know how strange and illusory it feels to receive ``condolences'' like this from people you have never met, but we are people who genuinely feel for you. Remember that you are never alone.

For me Ronnie just has moved on better place! He is always near by me - music, DVD's, thoughts... Now I read the book of Ronnie "Light in the black", he is just around me...

One Year without Ronnie and it still seems so wrong.It seems as this should never had to happen.There is still a deep hole in space ,where he used to be.Look at him ,he has been so full of live.There should be at least 30 years ahead him.(Renember his Father Pat who became very old.)However this is my personal Ronnie-Day and my speakers blow out Ronnie's songs only today.

I can't believe that it's been a year already... I can still vividly remember the day I got the horrible news that Ronnie had lost the fight that he was bravely waging.

It seems the year went so fast. It seems like yesterday hearing about RJD passing. It is hard to believe that I will not see him perform again. I feel metal music has lost something since his passing I don't know if others feel the same way. He was such a professional the music and his fans always came first. His music will live forever! This man was truly a legend. As I am writing this I am listening to my stero currently playing is "Still I'm Sad" how appropriate. God bless RJD we your fans love you and miss you. Rest in Peace!
