Hey Dio Forum Members!

You can pre-order this great double CD and if you pre-order before Nov. 5th, as a bonus, you will get an original Dio Backstage stick-on pass! Some of the passes are very rare crew passes from old tours!

Here is the link: http://officialronniejamesdiowebstore.com/content/

$15.98 for 2 CD's! Great deal!

Don´t get me wrong, but the prize for shipping is to much for me.

I pre-ordered it on amazon - toghether with the H&H Neon Knights Dvd - and shipping is free...

.....was about to pre-order when I saw the shipping costs......I'll have to miss out on the backstage pass in order to not spend nearly twice the CD price on shipping.

Gonna have to buy from Amazon instead.

On a serious note maybe Niji should consider setting up a European arm for selling their new products......many will be put off by the high shipping costs of ordering via the states.

I remember with the memorial t-shirt it was expensive too and after a couple of days they refund me a part of the shipping fees when they reajusted them, maybe they will do the same...

the other problem is they add new product every day , so if you order today you pay 26$ shipping and in 2 days a new product interests you, and you will have to repay 26 for a second order shipping etc...

I suppose waiting is not a good idea because if you wait too long you risk to have the item sold-out lollll (like is sometime complex)

I just hope there will be special prices for member of the fan club as in the past

I know some folks are concerned about the shipping but I think the exchange rates must have something to do with this.
I am looking at Heaven & Hell Tour 2009 T-shirt cost for me is about £15, which I think is really cheap becoz of the rate of the British Pound plus shipping would bring my total to £31.
Personally for me...T-shirts are a bargain Cool but I am put off by the shipping for the cds.
But lets just remember this is a DIO store its not here to take on the huge retail giants.

jmb Smile ...I like the idea of a discount for DIO fanclub members or for even a loyalty and rewards scheme when you have made other purchases.I think we should just wait and see what happens its only the start.

I am hoping for some unreleased material floating araound... rare concerts..

Maybe some of all those professionaly filmed shows that is floating around on youtube could be released...

$26 for shipping to Canada for one double cd, or a T-shirt??????
Come on, folks. I order cds constantly from individuals in the U.S. through Ebay, etc. The average shipping cost is $5 to Canada- I've ordered dozens, from big sellers and little ones. I won't pay more than $10 shipping for a normal dual cd, I'm sorry. $26 is just silly.
To make things even weirder, remember in June when you sent me the Memorial T-Shirt, Program, and button, all for $10.50? Or the Tournado cd box set (definitely much thicker than this Donnington one) for $11.00 shipping, in May? What happened?

Ah well. I just ordered Donington from amazon.ca for $11.99, threw in the Neon Nights Live in Europe dvd for $15.49, and (since that's over $25) I get free shipping! Total cost with taxes, $31.05, ($11 less than the $41.98 that Donington would cost me alone here, without the H&H dvd). The US and Canadian dollar are essentially on par right now.

Donington CDs are also packed in delux digipack with special photos and liner notes ???

Shipping charge to Aisa is amazingly high. I can't afford buying here.

As to Neon Knights DVD, Japanese agent is in charge of selling Japanese version. I don't know why.
So shipping charge is only $5.6(calcurated at yen80/$).

For photo book, I am still watching exchange rate to preorder...

I understand you points and they are swell put!

We are using USPS Priority Mail as that is the fastest, safest way to ship Internationally. Please remember that you are paying by the pound, so you can get many items for the one shipping cost.

It is something we will look at, but please know that we researched shipping rates for months!

We are happy if you buy the CD in our store, Amazon, HMV or your local record shop! It's an AMAZING CD!

Dean, you guys may have researched the rates, but you ended up making the wrong decision, as far as Canada goes (and I doubt anyone from Canada will disagree with me).
USPS:
First-Class Mail International™ varies From $0.75 Prices based on weight, shape and distance

Priority Mail® International 6-10 days From $11.45 Prices based on weight and distance

Use First-Class Mail, forget Priority. The price difference is obscene. The ability to track the package, or to get it a few days sooner, simply isn't worth more than doubling the cost of anything we order.

As I said above, we are looking into it. It's our 3rd day open.
