Got a quick drum/guitar/vocal mix from Scott yesterday to let me here how the drums are coming, and all I can say is F-YEAH!!!!!!! Scott is banging the shit out of them on this one. Ronnie would be proud. I am soooo excited about doing the song!!\m/\m/!! _________________ Check out Al Diamond Phillips/Nevermet on the web

Tried to post this a few days ago, but the forum was down. I got the Final Drums from scott, and sent the song to Dave/ D-man to add his Bass track. Then we have to redo Guitars, they were a little off from the Drums, which are timed to a click track. Then back to me for a final run at the Vocals.
I am not going to try and duplicate Ronnie's voice. Lets face it, it cant be done. However, I think that his influence does shine through on certain vocal runs and nuances. Obviously he was a huge influence on me and the way I sing, so it would be expected that I do certain things in a similar fashion.
I cant wait for everyone to hear this. _________________ Check out Al Diamond Phillips/Nevermet on the web

Still waiting on the new guitar track, and Bass track, but I was able to go in and add some backing vocals to make up for the lack of keys in the song. I think it sounds pretty cool, but we'll see if it holds up for the final product. _________________ Check out Al Diamond Phillips/Nevermet on the web
