This song is in tribute to Ronnie, it is by Saxon, The song is called Requiem (We Will Remember) from the Solid Ball Of Rock album, This is in Tribute to RJD....we will remember.....

I love that song, been thinking about the lyrics of it lately as well, haven't listened to it, all I can listen to is Dio at the moment - nothing else goes

Right, it was also not written for Dio directly, but I suppose for all great musicians that passed away. It is just a very fitting song for Ronnie as well

No need to be sad, Ronnie would want for all his fans to be thankful and hold the music and times we experienced Ronnie in all of the ways we the fans have and to treasure the gifts he left to us, his music, his words, and the full breadth of his life, all of us should smile when we hear his music see his pictures and most of all smile for the gift to us that his life is, no one truly ever dies, so long as we remember, Thank you Ronnie for everything, we will miss you and you will always have a place in the hearts of everyone who knew you intimately or in passing or through your gift of music, See you soon and know we all love you now and for always.
