Hey,
Did you all hear about the singer/songwriter Ryan Adams making 11 songs about Dio or inspired by him? He says he went to Dio's funeral and was moved to write music about it. Apparently he just released a heavy metal concept album and has 11 songs inspired by Dio in the works.
I don't know much about him, but I though he was more of a pop, lovey dovey type songwriter.
Any input?

he has done a cover of "down in a hole" by alice in chains so who knows.
he is pretty prolific, i do like his stuff, never knew he was a metal fan to be honest. i'd be interested to hear what he comes up with if this is true. |
