The Dio Web Store
We are getting ready to launch the Official Dio Web Store by the end of July!
The store will have VERY RARE items like shirts that were made just for the crew, original "Holy Diver" and "Last In Line" Tour Shirts from the 80's, Dio Jackets, hoodies, very limited edition item as well as special prints and more!
We are also working on our first releases for the Niji Entertainment Group, including "Holy Diver" on 180 gram multi colored vinyl, plus the complete vinyl and CD boxes that will be released in time for the holidays!
Before Ronnie's passing, Wendy asked him to come up with a name for the vinyl box and he picked a great name: "For The Record: The Complete Dio Vinyl Collection!" Each LP will be on 180 gram vinyl and each LP with have a different color vinyl!!
OK, who's excited?
I am looking forward to adding to my Heaven and Hell, Holy Diver, Master of the Moon, Last in Line and Magica t-shirts |

I'm hoping for a Sacred heart shirt, since mine has long since worn away. That was still the best concert i have ever seen. _________________ Check out Al Diamond Phillips/Nevermet on the web

Just remember not all Official products will be going towards the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up And Shout Cancer Fund and The Niji Entertainment Group are totally separate.
The folks at Niji will make it very clear what things they are doing to raise money for the cancer fund. |

| yes that s why I dont buy on ebay, for me the sellers cheat us with high prices. With official product I'm sure it will help Wendy or RJD cancer fund, so my money stays in the Dio family, instead of making rich scavengers on ebay |

The 2002 or 2005 version? I always thought the 2002 sounded better because the 2005 had too much loudness war treatment. |

Is it ONLY going to be super-rare expensive stuff, or will those with more modest budgets get some love as well?
(Just asking because it seems like ordinary mundane merch can be hard to find these days...) |

CD boxes??? I vote for bonus tracks! There's a lot of possibilities out there (see my other thread: http://www.ronniejamesdio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20335)
It would be easy to spread those tracks out amongst the remastered cds, and I'm sure there's other unreleased tracks too. We all own the cds already, so something new would be great. Heck, even "Intermission" could be split up and used as bonus stuff, or be a second disc to Sacred Heart.. and Dio Live has never been on cd! Add to that reproducing the appropriate tour booklets as part of the cd art <sigh>..
Anyway, most Dio albums leave lots of room (on even a single disc) for extra tracks, but if you want to keep the original cds sacrosanct, put the rare tracks on a bonus cd in the box set? _________________ FINIS PER SOMNIVM REPERIO TIBI SACRA COR VENEFICVS OSTIVM AVRVM. |

| I'm hoping on some cool prints/poster to choose from . I just dont care for the old 80's official posters on ebay. I use to have one. I would hope it would be big enough to frame and put up in my game room . At least a 16x24 and at some reasonable prices. |

| The store will feature many amazing ORIGINAL Dio collectibles, including original Tour shirts, crew shirts, Jackets, limited edition items, Rare Tour Jerseys from the first tours like "Holy Diver," "The Last In Line" and "Sacred Heart!' They are NOT reproductions, but the original shirts, early tour programs and a whole lot more! |
Tour programmes ...we will get as well
There is a topic somewhere in here with scans of one the early UK tour programmes, but I can't find it.When I do ...I 'll let you know |
