I certainly agree with you for having more of the live tracks in there - the show that these are culled from Ronnie is sounding brilliant on & yes the whole thing woulda been great. Did anyone notice there are actually 6 live tracks, not 5 as listed? After All is also included - it runs on from Master Of Insanity.

Yes, as far as live boots, Class of 1992 from Boston is amazing!

Niji doesn't have control over the Sabbath stuff, Warner, Universal, or Sanctuary would have to release that.
