AMAZING!!! Well done you! looks even cooler with the tinted windows! Now all you need is a Dio registration plate and you are away!

I do have a very unique personalized DIO plate as I do with my other cars and motorcycle. My bike is DIO 2 and my other car is X DIO X but for now this one will have to remain known only to people who I know personally since I had a few jerks make false complaints on my tag in the past. But this one is the best of the 3. Of course this summer at the concerts, it will be instantly recognizable as DIO, to any people who see it. Maybe I will show a photo later but for now only a few on The DIO MESSAGE BOARD know what it is.

The windows set it off I think. I was going to get 5% but from my own experience that was too dark to see properly. This is all new Llumar and is 30% This was nice as the pervious available shading was 35% and that was too light. The new 30% is perfect. I also tinted the entire front windshield with their all new Air Blue. This is 8% and slightly blue tinted but once installed is not noticeable at all. This removes 99% of the UV which in my previous Corvettes faded the dashboard badly after about a year or so. This new tint also kills most all of the heat that you might get when parking in the sun. I could not be happier with both the looks and the function.

What I really want and plan to do is be able to show it and the engine art to RJD personally as soon as he is touring the U.S.A. again. Thank God that he is doing well from his medical problem and can keep us all rocking....I need to have RJD sign it

Thanks for the info! Here in the UK we are quite restricted on what we can do with official number plates and the police here are really hot on it......I do however have my eyes on a plate for my bike which would cover off both my initials and the Dio legacy - I am looking into it right now so hopefully it will be something I can find the Pennies for in the near future!

I wish you Good Luck in getting a good one that you like.

I got the PERFECT one and I really wish that I could post it without fear of certain jerks who might try to harass me if they knew it. It sucks how jealous people will stalk you and then try to harass ya anonymously. But the one thing that I am sure of is that RJD will LOVE it Razz

It also fits as the name that I named my car Wink

Just got my 1st video of a quick run I did tonight. Just got a new Droid Incredible phone and decided to test out the video. Kinna hard to hold the camera phone in my left hand and drive too, but it worked out nice. The 1st run cam out blurred so I went back the other way but not quite as quickly. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did:

Shocked
If you know me, you will know, I am a petrol head, now I don't know if Zeus.Jupiter has broken any laws in his state but in my neck of the woods he would have been charged with dangerous driving. The roads are bad enough so please folks don't even think about, repeating this and posting it here, it puts their lives and the lives of other road users at risk.So if you are feeling brave/stupid/suicidal don't think about filming yourself while driving.
Now if he had did his run in a Ferrari he would have been forgiven Wink
Zeus.Jupiter you should be ashamed of yourself....you are far too old to be a boy racer Laughing

Of course I know you forgot to end your post with...''testing the limits of your car, should be done at a race track. A road is not an appropriate context for this, it is extremely dangerous.'' Very Happy
So I will let you off but next time.... Wink

Actually it was a spur of the moment thing. I had my new Driod out playing with it and just seeing how it recorded and when I got on the freeway it was kinna open....so <GRIN>

Actually That was not my best run. Usually I go to the next exit that is another half mile further that forks on to Interstate 75. I can get past 150 then but I need to use both hands and not keep the camera focused. This run was only 127. I feel depressed if I can't break at least 100 every day.

I'm thinking of getting an actual HD Video and a mount for the dashboard as I want to capture some high energy curved roads too. They are more fun than just going straight but they also need way more concentration when doing so.
