I don't know when Dio last toured the US, because I probably had never heard of them at that time (I haven't been around long, but I've made up for lost time as a Dio fan with the quality of my fanaticism). Regardless of whenever it was, I think it's safe to say it's been too long.
So I'm posting this in hopes of getting some fellow US Dio fans to hear the call. Let's show Ronnie and the guys how much we want to see them here!
And personally, I'd like to see a small, up-close-and-personal show in Lubbock, Texas. Just a thought. _________________ "You'll never make me be like you. I'm Master of the Moon!" |

What up Queen! According to the info I looked up, the last American dates were in 2004 (Master of the Moon).
As for my area (Salt Lake City) , the last show was in 2002, (missed it) and before that in 2000. (Im kicking myself for missing that too). But I did see the Dream Evil tour in '88 and got to see the Sacred Heart tour twice.
So a Dio tour is long overdue. And, I do believe its just a matter of time before the Return of the King. |

Amen!
Anyway, I work at a video store where I get to meet many different people from around town, and I usually wear a Dio guitar pick necklace--several people have told me they saw Dio in concert IN LUBBOCK years back, and it was apparently quite awesome, of course. I wouldn't have been a fan back then, but at least I know if it's happened before, it could happen again!
So, chevojr, thanks for the response--help me pull unite our fellow Dio fans here in the states! _________________ "You'll never make me be like you. I'm Master of the Moon!" |

I would most certainly post a picture of this, if I knew how to do so, but alas, I do not. Someone educate me please.
And I need more US fans to get in here and drum up some support for a US Tour! _________________ "You'll never make me be like you. I'm Master of the Moon!" |

Yes, but not crappy club dates, like the one I saw for the Angry Machines tour, I want a real Dio stage show in an amphitheater setting. Something with the flash of the Sacred Heart tour (for those of you who have the home video, you have no idea how much of that show must have landed on the cutting room floor). _________________ http://ladyrock.informe.com/ |

My buddy had that same bandana...... that thing was bad-ass!
I had two shirts.... the one with Ronnie giving the devil horns and the one with the dragon in the crystal ball. Both have disappeared in time. Have you seen what they are selling those for on Ebay, $150.... crazy. |

Up load your pic to a file sharing site like photobucket or flicker.
Once that is done click the image button above this window, insert the proper code which is usually the image URL and then click the image button again. you can practice by clicking the preview button below until you get it right. If you need anymore help just pm me on here or my yahoo account. _________________

In case you didnt know Fiddlequeen, Holymagica runs the premiere female Rcok website Lady Rock. Getting on his good side could indeed help your musical aspirations _________________ Check out Al Diamond Phillips/Nevermet on the web

Yes, I actually knew this. But of course, it's never a bad idea to be on Holymagica's good side! _________________ "You'll never make me be like you. I'm Master of the Moon!" |
