Pyramaze is a Danish/American melodic progressive power metal band. I find them fantastic. They have there albums
* Melancholy Beast (2004)
* Legend of the Bone Carver (2006)
* Immortal (2008)
On the third one lead vocal is Matt Barlow, who had originally left Iced Earth and later joined Pyramaze, performs the vocals on Immortal; however, on the official Pyramaze website, both Barlow and Pyramaze guitarist Michael Kammeyer have stated that this album will be Barlow's only contribution to Pyramaze, after which time he will continue to work only with Iced Earth (new album from Iced Earth is set to be released in fall this year The Crucible of Man (Something Wicked Part 2) ).
Also the second album is a fantastic concept album, on the first two albums you can hear the fantastic vocas from Lance King.
If you have listend Pyramaze what do you think of them and if you heaven't i think you should! _________________ Master of puppets, I'm pulling your strings

Immortal is perhaps the best album these guys have so far dished out, even Barlow aside the sound built around him has so much power and balance it blows you away. I'd have liked Barlow to stay but I love Iced Earth too. |
