Lately I've been wondering Who was Dio's inspiration...
Which bands and solo artist had a influence on Dio's music(I mean on his whole career not only on DIO band)

^While this isn't a list of the songs that influenced him most, it IS a list of his favorite songs. So I guess you could say they were kind of influential, in a way. But yeah, I've been hunting for this answer myself, as far as I know Dio just picked up a trumpet/bass/mic and belted it out. I read somewhere that he used to live near an opera singer, and that impacted his life greatly. Sorry I couldn't be of much help =/. |
