well... Munich-London is cheap!!!

So far, grand total of concerts with Ronnie James Dio in Lisbon, accumulated over the last 50 years (since Dio made his first record in 1958): zero!!!

So, 28 May, off I go to London - again.

Yes, I can try to plan something. But tickets, hotel, flight, food... It is not so simple. Anyway, if I have to travel, Finland is closer.

And about Lisbon, I could not understand. Are you from Portugal?

well; tickets is easy and not expensive, do it via internet; hotel I still did not book since I know different people somewhere not too far form London; food - you can get about any type of food, from raw meat to vegan, in London! Flight - there are low cost airlines that will take you to London and back for about €50... less than €100 for sure!!!

I went to Wembley to see H&H last yeat, all in all it cost me €400, but that's because I booked pretty late and I bought CDs and stuff and went to a good restaurant. This time round it will cost me just over half that, all inclusive...

(yups, I'f from Portugal!)

I noticed at Wembley that a huge part of thr crowd, maybe 1/4 or 1/3, were from all over Europe, since it was the closest full blown concert (i.e. not Festival) to most people. This time round I reckon it will be the same, except for the Scandinavians!

And by the way, Finland may be geographically closer to you, but much more expensive: flights are normally 3 times more, food and everything else (I mean beer!) as well!

Holymagica: this is not really off-topic! It's fans trying to figure out what to do to watch Dio! I've heard all sorts of rumours of concerts here and there, but at the end of the day, this is what is confirmed! If concerts closer to home (for instance Spain) do happen, then well, I'll go as well!

By the way, anyone knows how ticket sales for London (and other venues) are going? The Astoria has a 2200 capacity.
