I wouldn't mind if he did, as i love Tony Martin's voice, but i don't think that will happen.
I'd like to see Tony back in Sabbath with new material though. _________________ Clutching to monsters in shadows, 'cos monsters always know....It's better in the dark! |

No, to all. I would like to hear the new Dio/Sab material, plus the old new Dio/Sab material and the rest of the Dio/Sab era(s) material.
Ozzy had his turn not once but twice. No soup for him for awhile. Let the Dio/Sab reunion go on till the tree bears no more fruit and then Ozzy can have his pet back and/or they can do the Martin Box Set and do their thing with him and so on. _________________ Smacks & Manly Thumps,

No, I think the current format is perfrect and I for one appreciate the focus being purely on the Dio-era material.
One thing I would appreciate though is if more material from Dehumanizer and all three of the new tracks were played with consistency - not just as encores - were played and the volume of material form the Heaven & Hell album toned down. I know I digress but if the purpose of the new tour was to promote the era and the new tracks - dropping new tracks (and alot of Dehumanizer tracks) is definitely counter productive.
Back on-topic I think H&H should focus only on Dio-era tracks, I mean although I have just moaned about the volume of H&H tracks, hearing Lady Evil and Die Young live was fantastic. Also I don't think many of the Martin-era tracks would work with Dio - so leave them for Tony Martin to perform. Plus if tracks form other eras were played it would bge at the expenses of Dio-era gems such which only now get their deserved space in the set list.
So in-short - No, No, No Oh Please God No! |

I'd be pretty intrigued by a Dio fronted version of Headless Cross, but I wouldn't really want it to take the place of any Dio era songs, I'd like to hear as much of that as possible, especially with the possiblity of new material coming. _________________ Rest in peace Ronnie James Dio |

| Yes, I am curious as to RJD's interpretation and style of Tony Martin songs. Tony Martin has sang some of what was RJD's material, so why not. It is intriguing, Nightwing or some of the others to be performed by Ronnie. I am certain they would be spectacular. |

I think that we have too many DIOSabbath songs that won’t have the time to be covered. So I would rather them stick to DIO ONLY. That is where there roots are and also where the BEST Songs are!!!

| Tony Martin is a great vocalist and there is a lot of good songs that he did whit Sabbs, but honestly no i don't want Dio to sing any of those songs! He already has a lot of fantastic songs and i don't see the meaning. |

I am so excited that I may actually finally get to see Tony Martin perform live in the United States. The only thing that I know pursuant to bandmember Jamie Mallender is that they are to perform in the U.S. in July 2008. I am not sure of the venues or dates at this time. I am certain that it will probably be limited performances and I am crossing my fingers that a venue is marginally close to me. Please keep your fingers crossed! I would love to see Tony Martin perform live with Sabbath again as well. I have not been to that many concerts in my life but it looks like I may be making up for it entirely this year!!! Yeah!!!!!!! http://www.jamiemallender.co.uk/fourphotogalery.html

I love to heard songs from the Tony martin era, good songs of that period, like headless Cross, Lawmaker, Jerusalem, The sabbath stones, and many more, plus the Tony Martin "style" it's pretty much like Dio, and sometimes sings very similar (never to good) to Ronnie, i tink that Tony is very influenced by Dio...cheers!!

No, personally, I hink he is better sticking with his own BS/H&H material. Plenty to go on there. _________________

| I'd love to see Martin work with Sabbath again, but Dio singing that material wouldn't necessarily be such a great thing. We could argue all day about who's the better singer, but Dio can't sing as high as Martin and I just can't see him pulling off something like Nightwing. |
