Evilution

Greetings to the forum.

Two questions:

During the intro to the solo for the song Evilution, there's a heavily synthesized voice which sounds like it's saying something but the words are really difficult to discern. Anyone know if there's something being said here?

Also, I was checking the various lyrics sites to see if any of them referenced this, and they don't; but while I was scanning the lyrics they all seemed to agree on the lyrics which either they've got wrong, or I've been misunderstanding all these years. The two instances are-

They have, "Twisted felon stay awhile, here's your invitation" which I've always thought he clearly said, "Twist that dial and stay awhile". And also, they have, "We've finished today; I'm just staying away; we know what's good for the brain" whereas I've always thought it was, "We've finished today; adjusting away..."

Have I had the lyrics to an RJD song wrong this whole time? Because, that would really be a massive blow to my Dio-ego.
