I work with a silly bunch. They know what a Dio fan I am, and we often engage in some Dio frivolity.

Out of my mouth, you'll hear....

Sweet Mother of Murray (you know he has to have a sweet mama!)
Mama Murray (like you would say Mama Mia!)
Sweet Holy Diver
Sweet Mother of the Holy Diver
Dio Mio
and variations of the above. Dio Mio is especially popular with my co-workers.

One of my work buddies and I have sign language based on the horns. (She's a fan ever since I got her hip to the Redcaps, Phophets and Elf stuff.) Here are a few examples:

Horns with both hands, crossed and raised over your head, smacking the heel of one hand on the back of the other a couple of times means "F*** you." That gets used alot at work. A milder version of that is the same gesture, only with your hands held lower in front of you, like near your navel. That means more like "you're lame, stupid, etc."

To ward off extreme evil (mother-in-law, boss, annoying coworker), horns with both hands and form a cross with your index fingers. Works every time. Laughing

Another one is just touching the horns to your forehead as if to smack your forehead or bang it against a wall.

Any of you engage in any Dio silliness, or am I the only mad hatter here? Laughing Twisted Evil

I had this substitute teacher a couple years ago, and I came into class wearing a DIO t-shirt, he looks at it, and does the horns and screeches HOLY DIVERRR.

Ever since me and a couple of my friends would just randomly mimic him and laugh.

That kind of sounds like my 10th grade English teacher. He called us "the black T-shirt kids." We called him Catfish because he had this really bushy porn mustache. Needless to say, he was mocked frequently. Twisted Evil

I can't believe I forgot to mention this one! My friend and I came up with "jazz horns." Like jazz hands, only, yep, you guessed, you do the horns! It adds to it if you make a silly face and kind of strike a show choir-ish pose.

I'm always trying to clean up my potty mouth and say stupid stuff around either my 6 y/o, or anyone around me because they are probably mormon Shocked , like, "Holy jeepers", I say, "freakin'" way too much...but I will definitely take "Holy Diver!" That one is way cool Cool

Glad you like!

A guy at work came up with this next one not long ago. I usually have my iPod with me at work. I put it on while I mark my scripts to kind of block out the other stuff going on, but it's low enough so I can hear if somebody asks a question, etc.

Somebody was trying to get my attention, and the new guy says "Oh, forget it! She's Dio-ing out!" I thought I was going to pee myself laughing!
