That movie came out in 1981, long after Ronnie had established his primary theme....
Perhaps the question should be are the writers of the movie Dio fans??

It's a fantastic film. I heard that Dio was inspired by Tintagel castle and if he's seen the film, well i wonder if he enjoyed it?

Who knows  forget about the movie,the legend came first,I am sure Ronnie got a lot inspiration from the Arthurian Legends |
