I just heard the other day that they canceled there whole tour. It was suggested that it was Blackie's health. I hope not, or its nothing serious.

I got that album since the day it came out.
Now I'm going to buy the special edition on vinyl as soon as I can, vinyls are always better than CD's! _________________ THEY CAN'T STOP US, LET 'EM TRY, FOR HEAVY METAL WE WILL DIE!

Why is it that most people say that vinyl is better than CD's? I don't have a problem with it, really, I'm just curious. Oh yeah, I haven't picked up Dominator yet, I was thinking about getting it, but I need to know if it's really worth getting. Can you help me out ManOnTheSilverMountain_DP??? |

"Dominator" maybe is the album of the year together with some other albums (and in this 2007 a lot of albums came out and are coming out) and it's awesome from the first to the last song!!!
I wrote a review of "Dominator" for http://www.fromburntonow.it and I gave 10/10 at the full length, really really great.
It's near bth to the Hard'n'Heavy W.A.S.P. style of the first albums and to the different style of their latest albums... the masterpiece of the album is the song "Heaven's Hung In Black", they recorded an acoustic shorter version of the song in which Blackie's voice is powerful and he sings really really good.
Sorry if it's in Italian, but you can find my review of the album at this link http://www.fromburntonow.it/pagina_template.asp?id=8&pag_A=150&lingua=ITA but I don't know if you can understand it because, as I have just said, it's in my language... _________________ THEY CAN'T STOP US, LET 'EM TRY, FOR HEAVY METAL WE WILL DIE!

Thanks dude. Don't worry about your review being written in italian, a little language lesson never hurt anyone. I will definately get Dominator, I just heard a portion of the song "Heaven's Hung in Black", after that I knew I had to get it. Thanks again. |

Anyway all the songs are great, for example "Mercy", "The Burning Man" and the new-Blind In Texas "Deal With The Devil". _________________ THEY CAN'T STOP US, LET 'EM TRY, FOR HEAVY METAL WE WILL DIE!

I've been listening to Unholy Terror. Nobody conveys anger like Blackie. That is one incredible album. _________________ Sit on it, Potsie. |

"Unholy Terror" is a great album, but its sound is different from other W.A.S.P. lp's, it's deeper, gloomier... _________________ THEY CAN'T STOP US, LET 'EM TRY, FOR HEAVY METAL WE WILL DIE!

I've just recently discovered WASP and am absolutely hooked. I've just added Unholy Terror, Crimson Idol, Dying For The World and Dominator and ordered Still Not Black Enough. I also have their first 4 albums too, but didn't get truly hooked unti I heard Headless Children. I definitely prefer the more serious edge of WASP and I'm pleasently surprised how great Blackie Lawless is of a singer - it makes me wonder why he doesn't get talked about more.
I've not had chance to listen to Dying..., Dominator and am awaiting Still Not... but Crimson Idol is excellent with really good lyrics and brilliant vocal work and Unholy Terror is simply fantastic. It was actually you, ManOnTheSilverMountain_DP discussing Dominator and WASP in general which got me to look at the first 4 albums again and led to me getting hooked and splurging on the aforementioned albums so thanks (although my wallet would disagree ) - you've got excellent taste in music thats for sure. |

Haha, thank you so much. Yesterday I ordered "War Of The Eight Saints", the new album by Steel Assassin, "Crystal Logic" by Manilla Road and "The Faith" by Strana Officina. Today I'm going to order "The Steel Is Back" by Crying Steel, all awesome albums, I suggest you 'em!!! _________________ THEY CAN'T STOP US, LET 'EM TRY, FOR HEAVY METAL WE WILL DIE!

The birth of a new WASP fan. Oh, geez, I'm starting to tear up. It's just so beautiful.
