I just bought a CD on impulse because I liked the cover art, and it turned out it is the band of Micky Moody and Neil Murray, with a guy (presumably German or Swedish) named Stefan Berggren. It sounds a lot like Whitesnake if Joe Lynn Turner sang for them (a bit bluesier).
I'm listening to it right now and it is just stone solid, root and blues rock with great modern influences. The production is awesome!
It was released in Germany, and I don't know how far it got. They may have been hurt by a somewhat dumb name.
Anybody out there heard of it? It was released in 2002!

I got that album and I liked it, moreover I'm a fan of Micky Moody and, of course, Whitesnake, one of my favourite Hard Rock bands ever. But actually I can't find so many modern influences... what do you mean for "modern"?

Maybe "modern" was the wrong word, but the production is very clean and smooth, and there are nice keyboard passages too. The more I listen to this album the more I like it!
Forgot to say, the other members were "Bernie Marsden" and "John Lingwood". Were they in Whitesnake too?

Listening to the record again. Is it possible that this band had all the true rock and blues musicians who were fired by Whitesnake's management in order to turn the band into hairband dorks?
That's what it seems like. These guys all play like hell, but would never have fit into their late 80's wind machine and hairspray hell look. Like these guys way better.

Bernie Marsden WAS in Whitesnake, he wrote, together with David Coverdale, "Here I Go Again" too, one of the greatest songs of the band.
John Lingwood, instead, never played with Whitesnake... he played just with "The Company Of Snakes"!
