Led Zeppelin reunion is now more than true. The band after a press conference that gave few hours ago in London published that they will perform one and only concert in the O2 Arena of London. This reunion will happen on the 26th of November and in the concert will also play Pete Townshend, Foreigner and Paolo Nutini.
The purpose of the live is to collect money for the Ahmet Ertegun Education Fund, that grants scholarships to universities of UK, USA and Turkey.
This institution was created to honor Ahmet Ertegun, creator of Atlantic Records, that died a year ago.
The line-up of the Zeppelin will be Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and the son of John Bonham, Jason.
The tickets costs 125 English pounds and anyone, if of course is lucky can buy up to two. A drawing lot will say where the tickets will go and in order to be in this lot you have to register at http://www.ahmettribute.com/
The registrations to this site will hold until Monday, 17 of September
Now as about a tour after the live in London, promoter Harvey Goldsmith said that at the moment there are no such plans but he hopes that in the future something may come up.

А ты что брат -Поляк? Ты послушал мою группу?---- как музыка нравится? С уважением Павел Петров . Предстовляешь в середине 80-х годов у моего друга на школьном дневнике было написано Ronnie James Dio --- за такое из пионеров и комсомола могли исключить ! Правда я не уверен что он слушал Ronnie........

The number of the applications for one ticket has now reached the huge number ..one million!!!
But if we consider the number of the people that O2 Arena can take (20,000) only one to fifty will win a ticket.
The lucky ones will be notified on the 1st of October...

Zeppelin News: Re-union Gig Postponed
The hugely anticipated re-union of Zeppelin for the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute gig has now been postponed due to Jimmy Page fracturing his finger. The gig has now been re-scheduled for the 10th December.

LED ZEPPELIN's UK fans without tickets to the band's upcoming reunion gig will be able to stay home and watch the group's July 27, 1973 concert from Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The gig will be shown on December 10 at 23:50 on Channel 4. |
