Out of all his bands. Yeah, a hard one. I'd say:
Lock Up Wolves
Long Live Rock N' Roll
Heaven & Hell
And they can be your favorites at the moment, cause mine change all the time.

Alright,
I didn't think about that, but I do have definite reasons.
Lock Up Wolves~ I love because the songs have such a great smooth groove to them. I love it also because its so underated, and the song "Hey Angel" is my favorite Dio song ever. Ronnie seemed at the top of his game with this one.
Long Live Rock N' Roll~ Because it is an all around great album. I love the cover art and naturally the title track can get me dancing anytime. I think also because it's underated.
Heaven & Hell~ Naturally because it was the first Black Sabbath album with Ronnie that I had heard. I love "Lady Evil" and the story behind how they chose the songs (by playing them in clubs, and if the dancers liked them, they would use them.) Also it is my uncle's favorite album ever and he is very special to me, so I like it because it is a special bond we have in common.

3 fave Dio albums. Man, that's a tough one. I love so many.....
Long Live Rock'N'Roll for the strength of Kill The King and Gates Of Babylon (my favorite Dio song ever)
Mob Rules. There are just so many good tunes on this one. My favorite from the album is Falling Off The Edge Of the World.
Holy Diver. Made a big impact on me when it came out. It's a classic for me. My absolute favorite album to listen to while soaking in my hot-tub.
Cheers! |

It's a hard question Reem, but I know you can do it, just concerntrate and think of three Ronnie albums, I'm with you all the way. _________________ "The closer you get to the meaning, The sooner you'll know that you're dreaming."

At the moment:
Master Of The Moon - With the exception of 2 tracks on a Sabbath compilation this is my first exposure to dio. After hearing the 2 Sabbath tracks I was curious and saw this at the local library. Checked it out and after 1 listen I took it back and went and bought my own copy. Excellent songs and atmosphere especially on tracks such as Shivers, The Eyes and Death By Love.
Ritchie Blackmores Rainbow - This album to me takes some (though not all) of the best elements of Elf and builds upon it to produce an incredible rock album. With the exception of the instrumental Still I'm Sad there's no weak track on here.
Live Evil - Yes this live album suffers from a terrible mix but the gold still shines through for me. Whilst Hammersmith may have a superior mix the track selection and vocal performances here simply rule, especially on Neon Knights, Children Of The Sea Heaven/Hell & Sign of The Southern Cross. If only Live Evil had Country Girl... |

thats a hard one.
Rainbow Rising-Its short too the point Ritchie Cozy & Dio its like a supergroup. And ug hm um STARGAZER.
Heaven & Hell & Mob Rules i can never decide which i like more.
then its a toss up between Holy Diver & Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow.
spose il go 4 HD then i have some from each band.
But Magica has been growing on me alot recently. _________________

this will take a really long time...i might even start to listen to all of the albums and rewind the guitar solos and study the lyrics to see which is the wisest and the most magical.... |

Without any order...
HEAVEN AND HELL
DREAM EVIL
RISING
Heaven And Hell because it's my favourite H/M album ever; Dream Evil because it's my favourite DIO solo career and one of my favourite H/M lp's ever.
Rising because it's another awesome album from its first second of time! _________________ THEY CAN'T STOP US, LET 'EM TRY, FOR HEAVY METAL WE WILL DIE!
