Id like to see dio go back and do songs from the prophets and redcaps. Only I would want to hear him convert them into metal!!!

One song I'd love to hear live from pre-Rainbow is Never More by Elf. It's quite dark and fairly heavy and would probably work pretty well in the average Dio set.

Scott77 Smile
Angry Machines is great..trying listening to it while you are sitting in traffic Laughing
Dio fans either hate this or love it...there is days...I adore this cd and others I just hate it. Evil or Very Mad
The album does grow on you after a while,Jeff Pilson bass is amazing.I also like the sometimes very menacing Tracy G guitar playing. If only Killing the Dragon had the same sort of rage as Angry Machines..I would be very happy.

Believe it or not i just heard MOTM for the first time last weekend. I am therefore interested in the comments left under this topic and note that a number of fans have gone for either One for the Road, The Man who would be King or MOTMoon.

I havent listened to all the tracks as yet but have to say that Shivers and Death by Love are excellent. I cant get the riff from Death by Love out of my head. Shivers is excellent as well.

What i cant get my head round is why people are choosing The Man who would be King for example - i listened to this and thought it was dire. One for the Road is ok but nothing special and The Eyes is OK. Dio played this song on the Greatest Hits Tour and it left me fairly cold as well. Why they didnt play Shivers is beyond me.

As i say, early days and as i play it more i will update. What i meant to say was that its great hearing Criag Goldy play again - his solos have a unique tone and style to me. I still feel that him and Dio have a further great album in them - lets hope they get back together at some point!!
