Ronnie James Dio (who I have loved for 20 years now) walked straight up to me on side of stage, shook my hand and said "thank you". Not a person on this planet could wreck my week right now. Did that just fuckin' happen?? I'm 36 yrs. old, guitar player and background IN LOVE with Dave Mustaine but I gotta say,I was happy to see him but when Ronnie came out and started singin'---I wanted to cry--- from happiness...man, he is just SO fantastic, Dave Mustaine is MY MAN but DIO--- that's my everything...his voice can't stop and his stage performance... man... I don't see anyone nowaday puttin' it in- even Dave seemed kinda spanked on it and not that into it but Ronnie... every time... where does he fuckin' get it from-- HE IS THE MAN! I don't even know what to say, I'm just so proud he's here to represent 'cause I'm pretty sure he's kickin' everyone's ass! The epitomy of metal. Such a huge impact on my life he's had and doesn't even know. To shake his hand tonight... I don't think he really realized the importance of that. Thanks for hearin' me... Sherry

Congratulations. I shook his hand during a song last year. Wink
Mustaine, cool songwriter and a distinctive voice but many times he opens his mouth in the news on blabbermouth I want to cringe

Was that you he went over to talk to at the end of the Phoenix show? Great show...great show. I wish I had closer tickets instead of 31st row, but man what an awesome show...

Hey man, yah, that was me, it's never me, I can't believe it. Anyway, that was a great show. I thought I missed the window of opportunity to here "Children of the sea" live. Always loved that song. Whole show was mad! Take care. Sherry[/quote]

I don't know what the set list was for previus concerts, but some not so common songs they did The Devil Cried and Shadow of the Wind, Lady Evil, I, and Falling Off the Edge of the World. I don't remember the exact or full set list right now. Someone will have written it down, I'm sure, and I've got to get going. I'll try to remember the exact set list a little later tonight.

Mob Rules: Voodoo, Sign of the Southern Cross, E5150, Mob Rules, Falling off the Edge of the World

Dehumanizer: Computer God, I, After All

Yea the Phoenix concert was great! First time I got to be in the pit and well worth all the stepped on toes and sweaty bodies. My 19 year old daughter was loveing it also. I thought I'd never get to see that line up. It wa the concert of a lifetime!
