Not to hijack or anything, but...

First album was absolutely awesome, may sound slightly dated now. Reviewers loved it.

Live album is ok.

Blue Room is more of a mainstream sound than the first one. It's ok.

and then they disappeared... Crying or Very sad

Oh, Come on, Nothing is wrong with Load/Reload, IMO. I know I'm outspoken but I enjoy all of Metallica's music just as so I enjoy DIO and Black Sabbath. Metallica are monsters at performing though.

It's a smart move, most definatly, Metallica are more popular and having H&H support them (which is indeed blasphemy in some ways) would expose a younger generation to an older generation, Metallica have an army of fans for a reason.

Oh, and Dave Mustaine wrote sod all for Metallica after he left, the only song after KEA he wrote was the Call of Ktulu. Considering how long it would take to write all of those rifs and songs to the quality they are on those albums and compare it to the time Mustaine was just a heavily drunk guitarist in metallica, it's just not possible. Also considering he was busy with his own band, he couldn't have wrote for 2 bands similtaneously, common sense.

Why must everyone always bitch in here? Honestly, why can't we just be happy for the people who are going to be able to see two of the greatest metal bands of all time? Who cares who opens or who headlines? I'd see this concert no matter what the order.

It's not that i don't care for the topic, it's that i don't care for how everyone always thinks how anything related to Dio should be front and center wherever he goes with whatever band he goes with. Could there be a chance that Metallica is MORE POPULAR than Dio Sabbath? Heaven forbid someone be more popular than Dio!!! Seriously, what's saying Metallica sucks on this topic going to change? Nothing! I just wish the people on here wouldn't get so antsy and defensive when something slighty not positive happens to Ronnie.

I never said Metallica is bad!
But I have to pay 60€(about 70$)to see H&H for 40or maybe 60 min.
I think Dio is more important than Metallica and same Iommi!
Metallica is forced by MTV-have you ever seen Dio on Mtv.
I hear much radio while working but I NEVER heared Dio or Sabbath.
Sometimes they play Rainbow but only "Since you been gone"...
Every day "Enter Sandman" "Nothing else matters"...

hehe - I sure did! I don't 'get' Metallica - I just don't like their music. There's maybe a couple of good song, but the hype is insane, as far as I'm concerned. then again, a lot of bands I like have no hype because no-one's heard of them!

I've actually seen "Holy Diver" and "Rainbow in the Dark" played a few tiems recently on the Headbanger's Ball...
