Topp 10 songs( and then some) people want to hear according to this thread

Gold
Sign of the southern cross and Die young
Silver
Heaven and hell + Children of the sea
Bronze
Country girl

That's cool that Country Girl is getting respect here. It's not real well known, but its one of my favorites. I think its one of Ronnie's best vocal performances.

How I imagine the setlist:

1. COMPUTER GOD (heavy, great intro, a song to create the mood; at the first sounds the scene is still dark)
2. VOODOO
3. LETTERS FROM EARTH
4. THE DEVIL CRIES (people shouldn't wait too long to hear one of their new songs)

5. LONELY IS THE WORD (back to the first albums, changing the rhytm, poetic song with a great solo)

6. NEON KNIGHTS (the beginning of the fast section; contrast to the previous)
7. E5150/MOB RULES (perfect together)
8. TV CRIMES
9. EAR IN THE WALL (the key-point of the fast section)
10. MASTER OF INSANITY (a conclusion)

11. TOO LATE
12. I
13. SHADOW OF THE WIND
14. OVER AND OVER
15. FALLING OFF THE EDGE OF THE WORLD
16. BURIED ALIVE

17. (Grand Finale): HEAVEN AND HELL/GUITAR SOLO
SOUTHERN CROSS/HEAVEN AND HELL

18. (Encores): TURN UP THE NIGHT
DIE YOUNG
CHILDREN OF THE SEA

Read somewhere that H & H will play the whole H&H album, most of Mob rules and a few Dehumanizer + new songs.

I have no problem with them playing Ozzy era songs...but I don't like Ronnie singing them. It is very obvious when he does they were written with another singer in mind. They don't fit his style of singing.

RJD gives NEW LIFE to all of those oZZy songs and redefines them as DIO ClaSSiCs Very Happy

this is soooooo kewl... all great setlists people, nice choices

let's not forget The Devil Cried as well....

since I am new to the board and not up2date on the what's going on details... i have a ? that maybe some of you could answer

will they be doing any of the ozzy years tunes? they have to do at least 3-5 of the old classic ozzy sabbath tunes... i can't imagine seeing sabbath and not hearing PARANOID, IRON MAN, WAR PIGS

discuss Twisted Evil

If Dio and Vinnie play old sabbath from the Ozzy era, then Tony and Geezer should be willing to play Dio's solo songs, Right. After all Geezer did play in Dio for a brief period.

4. Slipping Away (With guitar, drum, and bass guitar solos)
5. Ear In The Wall
6. Wishing Well
7. I
8. Lady Evil
9. Sign Of The Southern Cross
10. E5150 (As a kind of intermission)
11. Mob Rules (to open the second act)
12. Over And Over
13. Children Of The Sea
14. Country Girl
15. Sins Of The Father
16. Shadow Of The Wind

I know this would never happen and it's way too long, but that's what I'd want. There are a few more, but it's too long as is.

Exactly what I was thinking Rolling Eyes
Back to alitivity's original topic, if Ronnie were rejoing Sabbath then fair enough but this is a different project probably designed speciffically so they don't have to play the four millionth version of War Pigs. Besides them and the Dio tracks would take up atleast half the set. I'd rather hear a forgotten gem like Lonely Is The World.
