According to Aardschok magazine, VELVET REVOLVER, HEAVEN AND HELL, MACHINE HEAD, SLAYER, TYPE O NEGATIVE, DRAGONFORCE, DREAM THEATER, ILL NINO, MASTODON, PAIN OF SALVATION and SUICIDAL TENDENCIES will perform at the Fields of Rock festival, set to take place June 16-17 at the Evenemententerrein Walibi World in Biddinghuizen, Holland. The festival billing is now shaping up as follows (in alphabetical order):

YEAH!!
Can't wait for the show and to hear Ronnie again.. And seeing Vinny and the rest of the guys live.

| Can't believe that lineup! Lucky thing is I live about 20 minutes away! Whoo-hoo! Those are enough bands for about 10 good concerts. Ronnie should have top billing though. |

Great show, Ronnie was (as always) AWESOME! His voice was in great shape and he rocked!!!
Vinny was great... Was my wish to see him live one day, and that day was yesterday  He's a very special drummer and he really kicked ass!!!
Geezer and Toni rocked, but I have to say that especially Toni was a bit boring... There was no real 'spark', which I had with the 8 shows I saw the band DIO...
But however, it was a great show and it's awesome to see this guys play classics and ROCK!!!
Show was far too short and the setlist missed a couple classics though.
The setlist was:

Mob Rules
Children of the Sea
Sign of the Southern Cross
I
Voodoo
Die Young
Heaven & Hell
---
Neon Knights
Including a drum solo somewhere between 2 songs. No guitar solo.
Compared to other setlists I saw on the forum, this is a very short one. But hey, it's a festival. I have to live with it

The long distance, bad weather and short setlist.
I hope for indoor concerts in Europe. |

And this saturday at Graspop in Belgium the weatherforecasts are not so positive again. And a performance of only one hour.
H&H should be headliner instead of Iron Maiden! |
