i Hate People like that...

Ripper was cool... they gave him a Job... he did it...
Jugulator...

Ripper only did a Job... & he did it well... very well... Rob...

I enjoy Judas Priest more than AC/DC but
less than Black Sabbath. Dio is above both
those bands. Although I have carved the
bands name quite a few times on picnic
benches over the years. And once or twice
at the Gazebo. Judas Priest sound best on
an old ghetto blaster real loud.

Right now I'm listening to Unleahed in the East, it really is one of my favorite live albums! Judas Priest rocks!

Rob being gay is not important. He is a GREAT musician thats what matters.

Sorry if i caused trouble, i was upset i admit, but again it has nothing to do with Mr.Halford's choice. I respect him and his choices %100000. Its just that I wanted him for myself Mr. Green

Girl, I know what you mean! He is definitely sexy but if you haven't seen Priest live, you ain't seen nothin' yet. This man is absolutely incredible on stage. I have never seen a lead singer with the commanding stage presence like his. No one has even come close to him, either, that I've seen on stage.

When I finally saw Priest for the first time a couple of years ago, I could not take my eyes off of Halford. He just rules the stage-Rob Halord IS Judas Priest.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... If Judas comes to Turkey, it will be a miracle.
WASP and Manowar came though. Rolling Eyes

I have a question about British Steel:
I love Judas priest, but I can't understand why that album is so popular. You can't deny that the music is very simple. And songs like United, Living After Midnight and Breaking the Law are pop/rock (Breaking the law is much better live, faster and less pop). All the songs are short and there are some good songs, but there's nothing great in my opinion.

So tell me, why do you all like this album so much? (if you like it)

those two are no pop songs, and grinder and the rage and steeler aren't pop songs either, but the rest are.
Anyway I can't find the same quality here as I find in other albums released in 1980 like Heaven And Hell or Iron Maiden's first album, can you?

Why? Can you tell me why? You might like this album, but I don't think that this album is so important to metal, it's a pop/metal album.

Thanks for sharing those fine pics, Screaming. Hell, I had forgotten how Rob looked with hair since he's been without it for so long.

Nice website you have, too. It looks very organized. I will definitely sign up so's I can indulge in metal and classic rock talk to my heart's content.

Priest are my all time favorite band and Halford is my all time favorite vocalist (Dio 2nd).

If you are new to Priest, download some of their live stuff first. Or better yet, get their Live Vengeance DVD that was recorded in Memphis in 82. Priest sound so much better live than they do in studio. My first exposure to Priest was a live radio show back in the early 80's. I was hooked after hearing that. Priest is by far the best band I have ever seen live and I have seen them about 8 times.

Unfortunately however, unlike Ronnie Dio, Halford has not taken care of himself in his later years. He smokes which is now obvious in his voice. Rob has lost most of his signature high range stuff and is no where near the vocalist he was in the 80's. He now really struggles on stage. I wish he would try to get back in better shape and rekindle some of his freakish talent. In his prime, he was unmatched.

the New Judas... Rocks...

i find it ironic...

to find Fault... with him... no matter what you belive...

anyone who doesnt like Rob... is not a rocker...
is not a Metal Lover...

True but Sad...

everyone gets old... older... sooo what...

i never take care of myself...

but i still Rock...

Halford is & always will be a Metal God...

ive... nothing more to say... Laughing
