Its not important i could not care less gay or not gay.

but some people no so i thought i would clear the issiue up.

and another thing is why would u talk about them being strait the majority of people are.
but if Dio or David Coverdale were gay which they are obisly not ur saying no one on this board would mention it i dont think so.

I just don't see what it matters....you know...its like some like sugar in their tea some don't...I just see the music as being important and not if the artist is straight or gay....thats all!

Rob being gay is not important. He is a GREAT musician thats what matters.

Sorry if i caused trouble, i was upset i admit, but again it has nothing to do with Mr.Halford's choice. I respect him and his choices %100000. Its just that I wanted him for myself Mr. Green

Ok, let me explain this before it goes any farther. Originally someone posted with the question of whether Mr. Halford was gay. (This post has since been deleted.) Seeing as how this is common knowledge and Mr. Halford discusses this fact all the time, I thought I would submit a silly sarcastic response, which I am known to do from time to time. I was in no way trying to make an issue of it. I was just trying to be funny.

If you've known me from some forums for awhile you might know that I am a HUGE Priest fan, and I could care less that Rob is gay. He is and will always be 'The Metal God.'

The fact that the original post to which I was responding was deleted caused my post to possibly be read out of context. So hopefully this clears everything up. If not: Rob is gay, gay, gay, and me and most Priest fans don't care one iota.

Judas Priest are one of the best bands ever!

They are simply awsome both with Ripper and Halford. In fact, when Halford was solo I thought it was great - you had priest with a new sound and awsome vocalist plus you had Halford delivering some of the best music never written by Priest!

Ripper gets a lot of flack but remember that Ripper had zero input on the writing process (except for one bonus track on demolition - "whats my name") - it was all Glenn and KK. Ripper is an awsome vocalist who outshines Barlow in Iced Earth and rules with his own band Beyond Fear.

Now Rob's back in Priest - they sound more old school which is excellent but I miss Ripper on the live shows because after hearing Rob on the Rising in the east tour I'm convinced Angel of Retribution was augmented in the studio - never has Painkiller sounded so painful! I know all singers have off days but this was shameful - they should have delayed the DVD and filmed a different show...

But I digress - whether with Halford or Ripper, Priest are excellent and definitely worth more than a listen! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Girl, I know what you mean! He is definitely sexy but if you haven't seen Priest live, you ain't seen nothin' yet. This man is absolutely incredible on stage. I have never seen a lead singer with the commanding stage presence like his. No one has even come close to him, either, that I've seen on stage.

When I finally saw Priest for the first time a couple of years ago, I could not take my eyes off of Halford. He just rules the stage-Rob Halord IS Judas Priest.
