Maybe... "Hollywood Black" or "Jesus, Mary And Holy Ghost" or "Here's To You"... well, almost songs from "Strange Highways", I think that it is the heaviest album by DIO, so I must go with the songs from "Strange Highways".
Magic!

At the moment, we all mentioned songs from the Tracy G. era, this confirms that "Strange Highways" and "Angry Machines" are DIO's heaviest albums!

I haven't heard Strange Highwyas yet. But I think The Eyes in very heavy - not just in sound but in lyrical content and mood too. _________________ Along Came A Spider..... |

Some stuff on Killing The Dragon is pretty heavy, maybe Along Comes a Spider or the title track Killing The dragon... _________________ Check out the world's only all-female tribute to Iron Maiden, The Iron Maidens

I we are allowed to include non-Dio material it has to be "Buried Alive" from the Dehumanizer album.

Those being his two worst albums, that calls into question the value of "heaviness" when it comes to Dio. |

well, as the heavy streak for Dio is mostly in albums, here's my ranking of those albums in terms of "heaviness"
1. Strange Highways
1. Dehumanizer
2. Master of the Moon
3. Angry Machines
4. Lock up the Wolves (which I'm surprised nobody said anything about...) _________________

Says who? YOU? Oh. I see. You're THE be-all-end-all expert here. Get over it. They ARE the heaviest.
I happen to agree (assuming we all recognize the same criteria for "heavy"), that those albums and tracks listed above are indeed the heaviest. |
