I love these songs! What I'll Never Find it's my favourite song from Neon God I & II...
Thanks for sharing, Bobby!
Magic!

That new song Mercy sounds pretty cool. Looking forward to hearing more new material, but not the covers.
Bobby - I listened to both Neon God's a few days ago, and I hear a few things that are okay. But then I listened to Dying For The World and Heldorado, and those are just much better, imo. There is nothing on either Neon God that is remotely as good as Shadowman.
You know something that bugs me about all modern WASP cd's though, is the sound. They seem to have no low end. I don't know if its the mix Blackie prefers (if he still played bass, I'll bet there would be a low end) or if they are poorly recorded because his label doesn't give as much of a budget. Not sure, but the sound quality on the latest releases just doesn't match up to the first several records. |

...I hear ya agent...they definitely needed to turn up Mike Duda on the Neon God mix...but I just use my audio software EQ to do so... ...& I agree that some tracks are better than others from some of WASP's more recent recordings...the point I'm trying to make, is that I like it when Blackie writes from the Heart...about things that matter or are of interest to him...Instead of just Drink,Puke, F**k... ... Same with Ronnie...I love the Dungeons & Dragons stuff...but Ronnie strikes me as a very wise man...& I would like to hear more of what he is actually thinking in his lyrics!... |

The Headless children is where the jaw droppin stuff is at. I noticed that but imo it made DFTW much better. |

First and foremost, and big thanks to Bobby66 for his persistence with my original dislike of W.A.S.P.
All I can say is I can't believe that I never gave this band a chance all those years ago.
This is a damn fine Heavy Rock band, great sound and, when he actually sings, a damn fine vocalist!!!!
Cheers again, Bobby.................
