Rob Halford and Dickinson are both great vocalists. I really love both there voices.

Who do you think is best, if you look at the best vocal performances of the vocalist?

I think Rob Halford, because he can sing much and much higher and I just like him more.
I don't know how he sings now, I never heard any recent priest albums.

Saw Halford supporting Maiden at the Birmingham NEC a while back.Maiden were back with Brave New World and Halford had resurrection.Im not a big Priest or Halford fan but Rob was definitely the better singer on the night. One of the best live singers you will hear. This is coming from a big Maiden fan.

I don't understnad that most people vote for bruce. The voices are a bit similar, but Halford can sing much higher, and also much lower.

I'm sure that Halford can sing everything that Dickinson has done. But dickinson can't sing everything that Halford has done.

Halford. No negative reflection on Dickinson but Halford.

Bruce was never pretty much into falsetto thing, unlike Rob. In their prime Rob could hit higher notes I think. I like them both and it's very difficult to decide. One thing for certain: I prefer Judas Priest to Iron Maiden.

What the hell, I'll pick Halford over Dickinson Twisted Evil

We always think the guy who sings the high notes has a better range, or is a better singer, but it really only means that his range is in the upper register. I would say that although Halford is a great singer, Dickinson uses his whole range much more than Halford does. So my vote goes to Bruce.

I'd give it to Halford, only taking vocal range into account, but I think Dickinson has the better singing voice. That is to say, if you got the two of them together, both in their prime, and had them sing a song like Catch the Rainbow, I think Dickinson would come out on top.
