Here it is my friends, #7 in my series of "Vs" polls (dont worry, were almost done! ) This time it's DIO's 2 Hardest and slowest albums facing off...Lock up the wolves vs. Master of the Moon!
Ill start with Lock up... Now, this album has been called "dreadful" and "rubbish" by British rock magazine KEERANG! I would use different words to describe it, and ill say it in Italian:
Quest'album è orribilmente lento e ripetitivo, manca il talento del ronnie e sembra come l'annoiato di everyones e come lo stoned. Il pezzo orribile di merda dal beggining di finire, con l'eccezione della prima canzone "Selvaggio Un"
Now... on the other hand Master of the Moon
(Which is the Devil??? )
AMAZING FROMT START TO FINISH!!! Best songs: I Am, Master of the Moon, man who would be king, and The eyes.
Go and Vote!!! _________________ "And we'll find the Sacred Heart... somewhere bleeding in the night" |

| ...Love'm both...but LUTW by a Long Shot!...Ronnie's voice was amazing on this album!...& I like the way the songs were written...Rowan really was a great addition to the band DIO in my book...I'd love to hear more from him also... |

I'm gonna go with LUTW as well because of Ronnie's vocals, they are just great. _________________ Check out the world's only all-female tribute to Iron Maiden, The Iron Maidens

Lock Up the Wolves
In retrospect, I wish I would have bought this album way back in 1990 because I think it’s exceptional in all ways. Dio’s voice sounds strong and bluesy. Rowen was a good guitarist, and I honestly think his infusion of energy might have had a lot to do with how Dio’s voice sounded on the album. The overall production sounds great, too. From what I have read on this message board, Lock Up the Wolves is often treated like a red-headed stepchild. That’s too bad. It’s becoming one of my favorites the more I listen to it. Most of the songs have a strange combination of an epic quality, heavy metal undercurrents especially heard in some of the guitar chord changes, and hard rock sensibilities. Nice combination.
Did DIO release any DVDs with Rowen? _________________ "ZAPPA PLAYS ZAPPA" TOUR DATES: http://www.zappa.com/zpz/tourdates.html

Well, since there are some mistakes and some words aren't in Italian (everyones, stoned, beginning) I didn't know if you wrote it in English and you translated that with Babylon or a similar software or if you wrote it with your hands...

I wrote it by hand...and I don't know what the Italian word for stoned is...i dont think their is one. You could say "bevuto" but that means intoxicated, or drunk...
Considering im much older then you as well, im sure you havent had enough experience speaking italian
