Well, there's time yet if he keeps on rockin'!!!
I first saw RJD with BS in 1980 at Brighton on the H&H tour.
Next was MOR at Castle Donnington in 1983, they stole the day and RJD demanded that the band do an encore, which wasn't usual for the 2nd band on the bill!! I can still see RJD arguing with one of the organisers at the side of the stage. Must dig out the pics and get them scanned!!!
The third time I saw Dio was at Portsmouth in 1987 on the Dream Evil tour, Graig Goldie was on guitar. I still think Vinnie was by far the best drummer that Dio have had, his solo that night was awesome!!!!

and 2006, the shows in Copenhagen and Årshus , Denmark
I met this finnish guy that said he had seen Dio 83 times since '87, he's a stalker! |

Off the subject...since you are from the area, do you remember Radio City? I saw WASP and Stryper-what a combo-when I was 15. I was seeing this guy who hung out with Sylum, the opening band, so I sat in on the sound checks. It was pretty awesome.
Ive seen Dio 5 times, and will fly or drive any distance to see them again...but not Osaka. I will wait for something a bit closer to home.

Once in Pittsburgh civic arena in the mid eighties.
Twice in Texas on the Last in Line and Sacred Heart tours.
Last time I saw him was on the To Hell and Back tour for Inferno. |

| I have seen Dio a grand total of zero times in my life. It kinda makes me want to cry when I think about it...Being 18 I only recently gained the means to go see concerts, and NOTHING has been going on around here since then, but hey Maiden is coming in under a month YAY. |

I've seen Dio only once. That was in 2002, in Hell, near Trondheim.
It was a double bill with HTP (Glen Hughes and Joe Lynn Turner). What a great show that was....
So i can actually say I saw Dio, Live in Hell..... kinda cool...
