| My vote was split between Vivian Campbell and Doug Aldrich but if I had to chose one, I think it would be Viv since he was the first. Skill wise, I think Doug was the best. |

DOUG..for me,..sheer class IMO..But I now want DIO to find some consistency and a settled period so that they can produce some good work in the future, so CRAIG is cool..

I am split on this one. Of course I love the DIO with Viv just because his style was killer and most of my favorite guitar solos belnog to him (Last in Line, Egypt, Stand up and Shout, etc.). Lately though, I've really been getting into the albums with Craig and I must say I love his style too.

I know what you mean. Vivian's solos are so melodic and heartfelt, with the speed where you need it and great timing. |
