"Why do I allways have to hit repeat on this song?!"
Because it's awesome? _________________ Weird thoughts that don't work,

This song truley rocks & beautifully done. Ronnie's vocals are so unbelieveable outstanding in "Country Girl", he gives me the shills on how well he does this song. Yes I would have to say one of my favorites from Sabbath.
Don't feel bad Bobby66 I always repeat this song too.
"Country Girl" is one of the most "Heaviest of Sabbath" songs there is. _________________ Jesus saith unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life; he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live; And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. |

The imagery is so creative on that song! Was
it about a city boy meeting a country girl or was
it more evil? She was from another world after
all. _________________ Voodoo |

| I love Country Girl. It's one of Ronnie's best vocal performances. Thematically, it's like a pre-cursor to Don't Talk to Strangers. |

For the past couple of days at work I have been answering the phones and have been answering saying in my greeting, Good Morning but I have been catching myself wanting to say "Morning Sunshine", It's a bust up because I am almost giggeling when I'm answering the phone everytime.
So today I am in my car at lunch and I have this song cranked up in my car and one of my bosses says to me "Is that the Carpenders", I said "No its Black Sabbath", he goes "Quite a difference from the Carpenders." And then we both started laughing.
Ya Bobby66 thanks for bringing this post into play, "Country Girl" is one of my favorite Black Sabbath songs.
Good On You.

I fell in love with a country girl once. She turned out a lot like Ronnie's country girl. Should have taken his advice.
"Don't ever fall in love with a country girl". |

This is one of least favourite tracks on Mob Rules. The singing is great, no question I just don't particularly like the song. _________________ Along Came A Spider..... |
