Since its the Witching Season, just thought I'd mention some old friends from the Detroit Scene. Hallo-Fuckin-Ween. These guys ruled back in the day, their still around, and really come out this time of year. I seem to remember them playing a lot of shows nationally with Savatage back in the Early 90s. My buddy Donnie played with them then. He's in the Video for I wake up Screaming.

Check them out, man they knew how to fire up a crowd!

I can still remember when they won their lawsuit against Helloween for stealing their Logo. Man these guys bring back memories.

Cool Oh man,1985 was an EXCELLENT year of metal history for me,that year I discovered lots of new bands and albums.

BLUE CHEER - THE BEAST IS BACK (The 60's legends took it up a notch and played some old songs heavy style )

TROUBLE - THE SKULL

FATES WARNING - SPECTRE WITHIN

GRAVE DIGGER -their debut , HEAVY METAL BREAKDOWN

METAL MASSACRE I and II,then III and IV

WARRIOR - FIGHTING FOR THE EARTH

METALLICA - RIDE THE LIGHTNING

FIFTH ANGEL - FIFTH ANGEL

and last but definitely not least HALLOWEEN - DON'T METAL WITH EVIL !

I corresponded with the band for a while ,George Neal's mom handled their fan mail, now thats a cool mom ! She was always so nice in her replies, sent me a button,I still have it.
