| Well I just received one of the two Hardkases that I ordered. I picked it up from the post office during my lunch break. I just sent an email to see if they shipped 2 of them. I never received a shipping notice so I was surprised when the one arrived. I won't be able to open it until later tonight though. |

| I emailed Mark from Rufus Stone yesterday to inquire about my other Hardkase. He usually replies right away but I haven't heard from him. |

Mine came on Feb 10th! Hubby saved it for Valentine's Day! I was wondering why he was acting weirder than normal. 
It was originally for Christmas, but I think it makes a nice Valentine's Day gift. Beats the hell out of roses and candy!

Glad to hear that because I mailed the one that I received to a very special person in my life for Valentine's Day. I wrote in her card that it was better than candy and would last longer than flowers. It was originally supposed to be a Christmas present too. Now I hope I get the other HardKase that I ordered for myself. Starting to get worried here as they refuse to reply to emails now. I hope everyone gets theirs. |

I finally got an email reply saying that the last of the Hardkases were sen out at the end of last week but I'll believe it when I see it.
"I can confirm that all HARDKASES have now been sent, including US orders. These finally went at the end of last week.
They should take about 5 days to arrive BUT we do know that US customs is taking a while to pass these because of size and weight....
You should receive in the next week or so.
Apologies for the very long delay." |

| I sent another email yesterday asking to double check my order to make sure they sent 2 Hardkases. They replied today and it turns out they only sent the one. They said a second copy was sent out today with apologies. I'm not mad but if I hadn't been persistent with emails... |
