|
|
Hello all,
I've been working on a heavy metal Christmas album to give away as presents. I did one last year, mostly Ozzy covers with the lyrics changed to be Christmas themed, Mr Crowley = Merry Christmas, Breaking all the Rules = Breaking all the Yules, etc.
This year, it's going to be Dio and Iron Maiden mostly. It's not a pro recordings, vocals, guitar, and bass direct into computer, and using MIDI drums, but it's coming together pretty decent for what it is.
Thought some of you would like to hear!

When folks take to rewriting the lyrics to make them sound funny but keep the tune the same.... "Weird Al" Yankovic should have a bullet to the back of the head.
Sorry but I hate this sort of thing.
Maybe its becoz my humour is a little dark and cruel and as for Christmas songs....Bah! Humbug |

Well, I guess it's just not your taste then. I love Weird Al, and his stuff is amazing funny. I like the Ozzy stuff you did, but I couldn't stand the Dio stuff, but that's only cause of the singing, but don't feel too bad, we are talking about RJD here. _________________ So if a stranger sees you
