Craig Goldy playing on Christian Channel

I caught this clip of Craig Goldy playing on TBN a few years back. The host sang briefly for Sabbath on some demos, and has a religious show. I think him and Craig are friends. He's had Rudy Sarzo on the show too and done some music with them.

Funny when you think about how evil Dio tries to portray himself and his guitarist is on TBN playing and talking about Jesus.

What would the religious groups that have demonized Dio's music have to say to that?

Oli,

Yes, reminds me of when Ronnie explains the cover of "Holy Diver". He defends that what looks obvious to be an evil demon whipping the holy priest, may not be that at all. Just because he has a priest's uniform on, he may be an evil man.

And this album was released before the scandals of priests sexually abusing young boys I believe. So, we all need to be careful judging by the cover we see, and look further.

edit---This got me interested in Craig's religious history so I did some reading on his website. Did you guys know Craig was an ordained minsiter for a couple of years? Never would have guessed that. Dio had a preacher on guitar. Take that!
