Joe Elliott will officially launch his own beer in Dublin next week.
If its anything like his music these days it will be watered down piss, pretends to be a beer but really just something wet |

LOL?
I think making beer pretty much proves he needs things to do, or has lost focus as a supposed artist or something.
He didn't make any beer.
I'm sure he threw a wod of cash at someone who knows what they're doing. I bet he didn't actually make a drop himself, or make the recipe. haha
What's the beer called?
I'd give it a sip and tell you the truth about it. _________________ "Too many flames, with too much to burn, and life's only made of paper." - RJD |

I DID like Def Lep back in the day. The old days of "On through the Night" and "High and Dry" days with the old guitarists. I still think those first 2 releases were good rock and roll.
Seems to me the pop bug got to them and they lost their way trying to make more money and more fans.
Photograph was when I lost my interest in them. Got worse from there.

I like all their work leading up to the album that followed Hysteria. Phil had to play Steve's parts. There was no new face in the band. Adrenalize seemed like a legit DL album.
I love all their work up to this point.
The did an album called 'slang' where they tried to revamp their style. It was HORRIBLE!
They had their heyday and flew off the track hardcore.
When the music dies, I guess you start investing in beer. _________________ "Too many flames, with too much to burn, and life's only made of paper." - RJD |

According to Alabama Live, the Amphitheater at the Wharf in Orange Beach, Alabama will play host to DEF LEPPARD and HEART on June 19. Tickets are $39.50 to $89.50, and go on sale at 10 a.m. March 4 through the Wharf’s box office and Ticketmaster.
DEF LEPPARD is reportedly planning to embark on a two-month U.S. summer tour with HEART and KANSAS. The band is also putting together a live album culled from its 2009 tour that may include some new material as well.
Now if this was to come to the UK, I would promise never to say a bad word about Def Leppard EVER again. |
