Rock & Roll Children 12" blue vinyl

Hi,
I have the RnR Children 12" single on white vinyl, in a clear sleeve. On the B-side it has live versions of We Rock and Last in Line. The label on the A-side has a large Dio logo with the devil, serial number DIOW 512A. The B-side label has the Dio logo (no devil), track listing, and number DIOW 512B. Released 1985, and I've seen this one on eBay a few times before.
I also have a copy in blue vinyl that's identical in every other way - the labels and numbers are exactly the same as on the white vinyl. I've never seen another blue one anywhere in any discography, on eBay, or at record fairs. Is it a ltd edition or pirate copy? I presumed that the "W" in the serial number indicated white vinyl, but on a blue disc? I've always wondered about it. Any info welcomed.

I took your advice and sent NijiDean a message about it a while ago, but all he could tell me was that it would be available soon in the store.
